Career and approach

Rolf Seiler leads infrastructure and servers at Link Comunica, combining technical rigour with an eye for visual clarity. His work supports the rest of the agency: servers, backups, monitoring, security and deployments that run reliably in the background.

He is responsible for platform performance, availability and data protection. He works with Google Cloud, AWS and European servers, using scalable architectures and around-the-clock monitoring. Deployments are designed with redundancy, load balancing, automated backups and disaster recovery.

His specialism includes visualising technical environments through monitoring dashboards, control panels and alerts that non-technical teams can understand. He believes infrastructure should be quiet and secure in operation, yet clear whenever people need to inspect it. Technical staff and leadership both use his dashboards to understand system health.

He has built infrastructure for territorial intelligence projects such as Urban A.I, education platforms serving thousands of concurrent students, international editorial ecosystems and digital health systems. In each setting he works to make systems resilient, scalable and able to recover from incidents.

He manages infrastructure security, including encryption at rest and in transit, secret management, access control, event auditing and compliance with GDPR in Europe and data protection laws in Chile and Argentina. He also leads CI/CD and automated deployments so Link Comunica can release updates without interruption.
