Career and approach

Gloria Miranda coordinates projects at Link Comunica, making sure each initiative has a clear direction, deadlines and named owners. Her role brings strategic planning together with day-to-day operational oversight, connecting technical teams, editorial teams and clients.

Her work begins before a project starts: she defines scope, identifies dependencies, sets measurable milestones and assigns responsibilities. During delivery, she coordinates development sprints, oversees staged releases, monitors progress and keeps international stakeholders informed. At handover, she documents what was learned and makes sure clients receive lasting capabilities as well as deliverables.

She makes sure no Link Comunica project is left without an owner, a date or a defined deliverable. Her approach gives teams working across Chile, Argentina, the United States and the Netherlands a shared view of priorities and each task’s current status.

She has led work on educational platforms, editorial ecosystems, territorial intelligence and digital health systems. In each, she translates technical complexity into clear decisions for clients and ensures strategic choices are documented and explained.

She runs client progress meetings, presents work by stage, manages expectations and checks that deliveries meet the agency’s quality standards. She also coordinates operating documentation, including user guides, maintenance guidance and knowledge transfer to client teams.
