Catherine Contreras is Director of People and Culture at Link Comunica and holds a strategic role at ZIBA Group and ZIBA Atelier, two companies in the international ecosystem led by Cristian Álvarez. She works across talent management, organisational culture and institutional relationships for the group.

She helps teams in Chile, Argentina, the United States and the Netherlands work with a shared identity and shared values despite differences in country and time zone. Her role translates the agency’s strategic vision into daily practices: how teams communicate, make decisions, recognise good work and resolve mistakes without losing trust.
