Digital education shaped around every community
Link Educa is an e-learning and education-community platform developed by Link Comunica for universities, training centres, schools, foundations, NGOs, businesses and public institutions. It brings learning, communication, collaboration and management into one ecosystem, with a visual identity and architecture configured for each organisation.
It is not a rigid template. The design starts with each institution’s programmes, audiences, methods, internal processes and objectives. An organisation can begin with a focused implementation and progressively add courses, communities, automation, integrations and analytics without rebuilding the platform.

A complete e-learning platform
The experience integrates virtual classrooms, courses, learning pathways, assessments, certificates, a digital library, student and teacher profiles, multimedia content, calendars, notifications and administration dashboards. Every component helps people understand what to do, how to progress and where to find support.
Administration teams can build programmes, organise content into modules, define prerequisites, schedule openings, support cohorts and review progress. The interface adapts to phones, tablets and computers, so learning is not tied to one device.
Classrooms and programmes
Courses, modules, lessons, resources, tasks, assessments and progression rules.
Multimedia library
Video, audio, documents, galleries, recorded sessions and downloadable resources.
Assessment
Quizzes, submissions, rubrics, feedback and verifiable certificates.
Administration
Roles, cohorts, enrolment, calendars, permissions and operational reports.
Community and an education-focused social network
Link Educa also works as a private learning community. People can create profiles, join groups, talk, share progress, publish resources and receive support. Education becomes more than a collection of isolated classes; it becomes a living learning network.
Communities can be organised by campus, degree, programme, region, team or generation. The institution decides which spaces are public, private or moderated and retains control over permissions, information and community standards.

Profiles and groups
Identity, interests, programmes, teams and thematic communities.
Conversation
Activity streams, comments, messaging, announcements and collaboration.
Support
Tutoring, alerts, follow-up and clear channels for asking for help.
Data, dashboards and progress visualisation
The platform turns educational activity into understandable information. Dashboards display participation, progress, completion, outstanding work and cohort development. Charts answer concrete questions rather than fill the screen with numbers without context.
Every indicator has a definition, period and access level. Analytics informs teaching and operational decisions, but never replaces the judgement of educators and specialists.
Sample dashboard · operational reading
Activity by programme and cohort.
Advancement by pathway and module.
Reviewable alerts and actions.
Completion and certification.
Final indicators are configured with each institution.
Artificial intelligence with human oversight
Artificial intelligence is used where it provides verifiable value: semantic search, support for organising content, drafting assistance, resource recommendations and identifying questions that need a human response. Every capability has explicit limits.
Important decisions remain supervised. Link Educa records sources, permissions and actions, avoids presenting predictions as facts and lets teams disable automation. The purpose is to reduce repetitive work, not replace educators or specialists.
Assisted search
Answers connected to identifiable institutional content.
Recommendations
Suggested resources without opaque decisions.
Supervised workflows
Action logs, human review and explicit stop rules.
Integrations, security and operations
Link Educa can connect with student information systems, institutional directories, video conferencing, storage, CRM, libraries, payment providers and identity services. Integrations use documented APIs and flows.
Security is designed in layers: role-based permissions, least-privilege access, backups, activity records, retention policies and recovery. Testing and production are separated, changes are versioned and significant releases have a rollback path.
| Identity | Roles, sign-in, SSO and configurable permissions. |
| Data | Minimisation, backups, traceability and retention. |
| Integration | APIs, webhooks, imports and synchronisation. |
| Operations | Monitoring, alerts, support and recovery. |
Designed for different education models
Universities
Outreach, continuing education, diplomas, postgraduate programmes and academic communities.
Schools and centres
Curriculum support, resources, communication and follow-up.
NGOs and foundations
Local training, volunteering and impact measurement.
Businesses and institutions
Onboarding, internal training, certification and knowledge management.
Accessibility and responsive experience
The design prioritises readable hierarchy, keyboard navigation, contrast, captions, alternative text and understandable components. It works across connection speeds and screen sizes; media is optimised and essential content never depends on animation.
Interfaces are tested against real journeys: enrolling, finding a lesson, submitting work, asking for help, joining a group and reviewing outcomes. Every flow is simplified until it can be completed without technical knowledge.
From implementation to continuous evolution
- Discovery: programmes, audiences, processes, data, risks and objectives.
- Architecture: modules, roles, integrations, taxonomies and content.
- Design: identity, prototypes, accessibility and testing.
- Configuration and migration: courses, profiles, resources and community.
- Launch: training, support and initial measurement.
- Evolution: new cohorts, automation and integrations.
Link Comunica designs the experience, configures the learning architecture, integrates artificial intelligence and analytics and supports publishing. The platform can grow in stages without losing coherence, security or ease of administration.
One institution, one identity, one community and many ways to learn.
